This happened last year and somehow I fixed it.

 

I was printing one day and later that day I tried to print something else and it didn't work.

Printed states: This feature has been locked by the person who set up the printer. I tried to set to factory setting and

the same message came up. Any suggestions?

Welcome to the HP Support Community

 

I understand you need help resetting the admin password on your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-In-One Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

We need to perform a Semi full reset to clear the admin password. The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. 

 

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
