HP Officejet Pro 8600 printer will not connect to internet and wireless network test have no filteri

Will not connect to internet after Comcast internet became intermittent. Cell phone shows internet on line but printer will not connect blue internet connect light flashes. Test page for network shows in bold No Filter FAIL. Reset network in touch screen and put in password for SSID route when trying to print message is printer offline

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

We have to perform a Semi Full Reset and see how it goes. 

The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
