Product: HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just got a used HP Officejet Pro 8610, and want to set up wireless printing and connect it to my network. I use Microsoft OS, so went to the HP Smart - Microsoft Store to download the HP Smart App via the installer. When I click on it, a window from the Microsoft  Store appears for the HP Smart app. It says "Retrieving information from the Microsoft Store..." - but nothing happens, it is stuck, i've had that message for 40 minutes. At the bottom is an E logo for ESRB, and the word EVERYONE next to it. Also, my ethernet cables are the wrong kind, and i did move the printer more than 6' from the router, as suggested. Please help, or is this used printer just no good?
