Product: HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer

Got a new router which apparently has two addresses 2.4 and 5.0.  Printer stopped working wirelessly.  Can copy but not scan or print from computer (Mac) or phone (Iphone 12).  Geek squad could not fix, said call internet provider after a 3 hour call.  Xfinity could not fix after a 1.5 hour call.  Talked with tech supervisor and he said to call HP, that they had to do something to printer to get it to conform, or something like that.  Very frustrated.
