Hi,

I have this identical issue on a 9025 - wifi is not available anywhere on the menu and the blue indicator light is not lit - can you please send me the full factory reset instructions, and advise if there is a firmware update that might prevent this from happening again.

I now have two of these printers and somehow have them both working and staying on the network.  I don’t know exactly what the issue was but I restored factory settings and set them up using the HPSmart app instead of just using the printer console and windows device mgt.  That seems to be the key.  My theory is that the HPSmart app registers the printer with HP so that they can market their monthly ink program.  If the printer doesn’t have that link to HPSmart it won’t function properly.  Either way restoring seems to work to get it back on network if you need to print immediately.
