Hi community,

 

can someone help me?

 

I bought an used  HP PageWide 377dw MFP and want to configure this device.

I've already tried a factory reset. But there are still credentials needed.

 

What else should I do?

Thanks. This was the video I already watched and resettet the device this way, twice...

 

Still prompted for username and password 😞

I tried the way shown in the video again. 

 

Still the same result. I can't configure my printer. Logon-Credentials are needed.
