Good afternoon, it would be appreciated if anyone could help with connecting my HP Printer to my WIFI. I had my broadband updated last week and the printer was working great until today where it has lost connection.

Although the Network Configuration report shows that the WIFI is recognised but the network status is offline. 

I have switch off the router and printer and tried numerous occasions to key in the router password, ecah time it fails to connect.

Please clarify your exact printer model or product number.

 

The HP Photosmart 100 printer is a USB only printer and does not offer any wireless capabilities:

May you confuse the printer model? please clarify accordingly.

Good afternoon the printer is a HP Photosmart wireless all in one B110 Series. Serial Number  CNOC93S5GM - FPU No CN245 - 64002. It has been working fine until switching on today.
