I replaced an ink cartridge on a HP Photosmart 5510, and now I have the error message saying that there is an 'ink cartridge problem' but now I can't access the cartridges - they usually appear automatically when you open the lid but that has stopped working so I can't access the ink cartridges! Help most gratefully received.
