Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.
HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently changed router from BT to Sky in the UK. Had been using printer successfully connected to BT router for several years. Whilst the printer can see the SSID for the SKY router, it will not connect using any of the supplied means - WPS or PIN. I have read that the dual Wi-Fi frequencies of 2.4 MHz and 5 MHz could be a problem but I have disabled each in turn and attempted to connect without success. The previous router had dual frequencies too but connected fine.

I have completed the usual actions of disconnecting power from both the router and the printer and rebooting both. Reinstalled all drivers for printer.

Keen to receive any ideas which might resolve this.

Thanks,

David Bowler
