My Photosmart C309a decided not to print & copy suddenly.  When I click "print" blank paper came out; ditto.  Just reinstall the CD driver which came with it and also replaced the ink but problem persists.  Any advice greatly appreciated.

@Paulach123, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand the printer is printing blank pages. If the printer was not used for more than 2 weeks, the ink could have dried up. Reinstalling drivers will not help.

Perform the steps mentioned in this document - Color or Black Ink Not Printing

Check the ink levels and replace any low/empty ink cartridge.

Clean the ink cartridges up to 2 times and print a test page to check the result.

If the issue persists, you may have to replace the ink cartridges. Or, if you have already replaced the ink cartridges, it could be an issue with the printer.

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
