So anyone that has HP photo smart C309a printer that has wireless printing issue. Could not find a replacement Wi-Fi card so I remove the old Wi-Fi card I use my heat gun  and I set the Wi-Fi card on the ground and heated it up to 250ﾟ for about 4 minutes and let it cool down put the Wi-Fi card back in the printer now it works I will see how long it will last hopefully this helps
