I keep getting broken print so I use HP Print and Scan Doctor has all the points is green except for Device. What does this mean? I have cleaned and aligned the printer but it only works for a while then I have the problem again.  I am using HP ink cartridges and the levels are perfect and the printer is a network printer.  This is a new laptop I hope I can use my HP Printer and I hope someone can help me with this problem.
