I recently change my router and since then my printer can't connect to my network via wireless. I tried multiple options, resetting everything, downloaded HP drivers, etc. Nothing works. I finally installed the printer via USB and then try to covert it to wireless but always get an error that the wifi password is incorrect even though it is sccurate and other devices are connected. I then search for this latest errors and found this post below
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05240288
Followed the steps to get the firmware but when I go to HP and look for a firmware update for my equipment, there is no firmware available. The same link says that if firmware update is not available, to contact HP support, so posting the issue here and hoping I can get some kind of solution.

Hi @Atito2022,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I'd like to help!
I understand you are receiving an invalid passphrase error
To assist better -
- I would like to know, is your router set to work on a 2.4 GHz network or a 5 GHz network band?
- Are you trying to connect your printer to your home network or public network?
- What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
Let me know!
