Product: HP DeskJet 2622 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I own an HP Deskjet 2600 series printer.

if you go to the HP Smart

Printer Settings

Advanced
Takes you to Embedded Web Services

Provides option for you to set up admin password and somehow I did it.   However, if you lose it than HP can not get to it.   

I had to do a semi factory reset, but it did not update the printer settings to the most current.

 

Had to call HP after several attempts, a HP representative called yesterday and he fixed it.

 

The take away is do not set up a Embedded Services Web Admin password.
