HP SMART and WIRELESS connection

Hi,

I'm not able to add my device to HP smart and see it "online" except with the direct connect wireless network when I'm close to the printer.

My printer is installed on my desktop and it prints from any connection mode that I have (wireless and ethernet).

My installation is as follow :

Internet via a box (router from the internet provider), then

-wifi from this router in the vicinity of the router

-ethernet network connected to the router spread in the entire house

-PLC connected to the router and at the other end PLC wifi to have wifi far from the router (different SSID than the one from the router).

The printer is located far from the router and join the network via the wifi from the PLC wifi.

Can you tell me what do I have to do to add my printer in HP Smart. It is usefull because I need it to scan documents.

I have to add that when I send a printing from another network than the one where the printer is connected, it first said that the printer is offline, but some seconds or a few minutes later the print job is done (but all my network are connected together with by the router (ethernet, wifi SSID1 and wifi SSID2).

For exemple I just request a print from my laptop (connected to wifi SSID1) when the printer is connected to wifi SSID2. It first said in the printer dialog box that the printer is offline, and 50 seconds later without any action from me it printed it.

At the end it is very ok for my print use, but my issue is that I want to be able to scan a document, and the scanner can only be requested by HP smart software or windows scanner app. But as the printer (btw the scanner too) is offline, I cannot launch a scan job.

I hope that I'm clear enough!!
