The HP Smart App does not connect to my HP account. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, checking the firewall on my computer, checking my anti-virus and checking my internet connection. All of that is okay.

It’s frustrating when the HP Smart App refuses to connect to your HP account, especially after trying all the usual fixes. Since your firewall, antivirus, and internet connection are fine, here are some additional steps to troubleshoot:
1. Clear HP Smart App Cache
- Open Settings > Apps > HP Smart.
- Go to Storage and select Clear Cache.
- Restart your computer and try signing in again.
2. Reset HP Smart App
- Open HP Smart and go to Settings.
- Click Reset App (if available).
- Restart the app and attempt to log in.
3. Check HP Account Login Issues
- Try logging into your HP account via a web browser at HP Support.
- If you can’t sign in, reset your password and try again.
4. Reinstall HP Smart App
- Uninstall HP Smart completely.
- Restart your computer.
- Download and reinstall the latest version from the Microsoft Store.
