Hello-
The HP Smart App stopped working with my laptop a HP Spectre X360 (14t-ea000 CTO) now with Windows 11 but previously with Windows 10. It used to work on Windows 10 and it allowed me to wireless print to my HP OfficejetPro 9018, but about a month ago it stopped working. I recently upgraded the laptop to Windows 11 hoping that it would fix itself, but unfortunately not. I tried using the HP online diagnostic tools and uninstalling/installing the HP Smart App, but not having any luck. The other laptop in our house is able to print wirelessly using the HP Smart App.
The problem I am now having is that when I run the HP Smart Smart App, it prompts me to add a printer, which I do. The program does one of two things. It either finds the printer and shows a little picture of it with its IP address, or finds the printer and when I click on it it says the printer must be turned on, which it is. With the former problem, as soon as I click the picture of the printer, suddenly a new picture of a second printer pops up right next to of the same printer with a different IP address that shows "offline." This generates an error message saying the printer must be online, and I can't add the printer.
Any help to get this working again would be great. Thanks in advance.
