The HP Smart application on my desktop no longer brings up the HP Cloud Services...it starts to load and then goes back to the main menu! I've updated the software and the test scanning works but the HP Smart has now become DUMB! HELP!!!

This looks like an issue with the HP server. Web services are affected. We are working on it. Kindly wait for a couple of hours and try again.
