Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP SMart Tank 5100 printer will not print documents, web pages, PDFs from my HP laptop (00356-02764-48513-AAOEM). I can print from my phone using air print.  I have run the diagnostics and it says there is no issues.  The HP Smart app says the printer is connected and both the computer and printer are on the same network.  Documents sit in the print que but do not print. I have disconnected the printer,  and router and reconnected them with no change.
