It's SLOW, and FULL OF RUNTIME ISSUES.
I'm not I'm the only person having this issue, and It doesn't make sense, since this is absolutely the opposite of what it was intended to do when I bought it. I bought 2 same printers to verify that the issue is in the printer.
It's Sold as promoted on the box as a capable unit of printing quickly enough (anything more than 5 pages a minute is good enough for me). But to be honest I never saw those promoted print speed numbers in action at all.
It's a Disgusting product if you have office use demanding 200 pages be printed at a time within a short period.

Hi @_OoOoO_,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Smart Tank 515 is dead slow, and has a mind of it's own. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
Let's perform a power drain:
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and also unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Remove USB cable, if present.
- Wait for 2-3 minutes, press and hold the power button on your printer for about 30 seconds to remove any additional charge.
- Now plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector or an extension cord (This is important) and then plug back the power cord to the printer.
- Turn on the printer and wait till warm-up period finishes and the printer is idle
Update the printer firmware
