Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I want to setting my printer HP Smart Tank 580 to connect with my wifi. All the setting success but it stuck at the "getting information" loop then it state that it failed. Now, all my printer button is blinking except the wifi. I tried to reset the printer by removing the power supply, wait for 60s then plug in again but all the button still blinking. Can anyone please help me
