Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

We have replace our HP2130 printer with the HP Smart Tank 6001 .  We seem to be having problems trying to scan documents.  We connected this printer to our main computer just like we had for our 2130 printer.  The issue seems to be 

that it doesn't acknowledge the Internet.  Can you help me with this .... we do scan alot of documents so this is a must for us to have with this printer.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

On the WIn 11 PC, try to download from Microsoft Store and setup the printer with HP Smart app.

 

Once it's setup, HP Smart will have the Scan features.

 

Alternatively, can also download the Scan software fron this link for Win 11:
