I've just purchased a HP Smart Tank 720 printer and I ran into some problems. I downloaded the HP Smart app on my Windows PC and It cannot install the driver for the printer. I've retried it a couple of times already and even double-checked my internet and wifi connection with the printer and everything is stable. However, my HP Smart app on my Windows PC cannot still detect my printer and is unable to install the necessary drivers for me to be able to print directly from my PC.
