Product: HP Smart Tank 7301 All-in-One
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Purchased HP smart tank 7301 Mar.2023  Has never worked properly.  Multiple case numbers.  1st problem entailed printer being idle.  Would have to uninstall and reinstall daily to print.  Was told by repair to just turn off printer and turn back on if I need to Print.  Multiple case numbers on the issue.  7301 also has to be reconnected to Wi-Fi every time sitting  idle.  7301 bad printer heads.  Replaced new printer heads they sent me ( took a week for warranty replacement)  Installed New printer heads.  Unit did not respond.  No button function.  Put original printer heads back, would register on wi-fi but not print or copy.  Installed the warranty replacements from before.  Now no function from buttons only flashing power light.  Tried to put original print heads back in and now will not advance to access heads.  No function at all.  Anyone having the same problems?  Was told Hp is new in the smart tank business and has a learning curve!!!
