My daughter has many problems printing from her iPhone to my HP Smart Tank 7602. She can print 3 photos and then she gets a message on her iPhone that says "NO AIR PRINTERS FOUND" When the printer does stop printing, it starts with flashing lights. Very annoying situation...I hope that someone can help. Drivers are up-to-date, removed and reinstalled printer but nothing seems to work.

Hi @CatLuvr13,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you've already taken some troubleshooting steps, which is great. The "No AirPrinters Found" message can occur due to various reasons, including network issues or compatibility problems. Here are some additional steps you can try:
- Check Network Connection: Ensure that both the iPhone and the printer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Sometimes, if the connection drops or if they are on different networks, it can cause this issue.
- Restart Devices: Try restarting both the iPhone and the printer. This can sometimes resolve temporary glitches.
- Update Firmware: Ensure that your printer's firmware is up-to-date. Sometimes, firmware updates include fixes for connectivity issues. Update the firmware on an HP printer
- Reset Network Settings: On the iPhone, try resetting the network settings. This can sometimes resolve network-related issues. You can do this by going to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
- Check Printer Settings: Make sure that AirPrint is enabled on your printer. You can usually find this setting in the printer's control panel or web interface.
- Check Router Settings: Sometimes, router settings can interfere with AirPrint. Ensure that mDNS (Multicast DNS) is enabled on your router, as AirPrint uses this protocol to discover printers on the network.
- Firewall/Antivirus: Check if any firewall or antivirus software on your network is blocking communication between the iPhone and the printer. Temporarily disable them to see if it resolves the issue.
- Alternative Printing Methods: If AirPrint continues to be problematic, consider using alternative printing methods such as HP Smart App.

I hope this helps.
