To resolve the issue of your HP Smart Tank 7602 printer not connecting to your network on Windows 10 (64-bit), follow these detailed troubleshooting steps:
Step-by-Step Troubleshooting Guide:
1. Restart Devices:
- Turn off your printer, router, and computer.
- Wait for about 30 seconds.
- Turn on the router and wait for it to fully boot up.
- Turn on the printer.
- Turn on your computer.
2. Check Network Connection:
- Ensure your printer is within range of your Wi-Fi router.
- Make sure your Wi-Fi network is functioning properly and that other devices can connect.
3. Reconnect the Printer to the Network:
- On the printer's control panel, navigate to the wireless settings.
- Select "Wireless Setup Wizard" and follow the on-screen instructions to reconnect to your Wi-Fi network.
- Ensure you enter the correct Wi-Fi password.
4. Update Printer Firmware:
- Go to the HP Support website and search for your printer model (HP Smart Tank 7602).
- Download and install any available firmware updates for your printer.
5. Install or Reinstall Printer Software:
