Hey everyone 🙂

 

I have an HP Smart Tank Plus 550 printer. This printer supports "borderless printing", which is why I use it for printing drawings. However, the things I print are never printed to scale.

 

For example, when I print a 5x5 cm square and measure it with a ruler, I see 5.2x4.9 cm. Or when I print a 16x3 cm rectangle and measure it with a ruler, I see it as 15.75x2.95 cm.

 

I need to print to scale because I can't get accurate results on my laser cutting machine. Can you help me with this? What do I need to do to get exactly 1:1 prints?
