HP Smart Tank Plus 559 Wireless All-in-One

My printer: HP Smart Tank Plus 550 printer

Doesn't solve the problem at all. I can print from my PC (both with Windows 10 and Windows 11) without any problems. The Wi-Fi connection is working. The Wi-Fi connection is working on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 8 Ultra and Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra as well. But for about two months, the tablet and phone have stopped printing. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the apps on both devices. Nothing helps. The printer won't budge. According to the apps, the printer is inactive. When I connect to both PCs, I can print immediately. My tablet and phone are up to date with the latest software.

 

Löst überhaupt nicht das problem. Per PC (Computer jeweils mit Windows 10 und Windows 11) kann ohne Probleme gedruckt werden. Verbindung über W-Lan steht. W-Lan verbindung über Samsung Galaxy Tab 8 Ultra und Samsung Galaxy S 23 Ultra auch. Aber seit ca. 2 Monaten wird von den Tablet und Handy nicht mehr gedruckt. Apps auf beiden Geräten jeweils Deinstalliert und neu Installiert. Nichts hilft. Drucker rührt sich nicht. Laut Apps, Drucker Inaktiv. Gehe ich an die beiden PC s, kann ich sofort Drucken. Tablet und Handy auf neusten stand in sachen Software.

It's embarrassing that HP only offers English and charges for phone service. It's truly embarrassing and a rip-off. No other provider would allow this.

Schon Peinlich, das HP nur Englisch anbietet und Telefonservice was kostet. Echt Peinlich und Abzocke. Kein anderer Anbieter erlaubt sich sowas.

Troubleshooting Steps for Mobile Printing

 

Check HP Smart App Permissions

  • Open SettingsAppsHP Smart on your mobile device.
  • Ensure Storage, Location, and Network permissions are enabled.

Forget & Reconnect the Printer in HP Smart

  • Open HP Smart, go to Printers, and Forget Printer.
  • Restart your phone and re-add the printer.

Assign a Static IP to the Printer

  • Open HP Smart on your PC, go to Printer Settings, and find the IP Address.
  • Log into your router and assign a static IP to prevent connection drops.
