Hi I have recently changed to an Iphone 14 and all of a sudden the I couldn't scan using the HP Smart app.  The printer is connected to my network, my phone is connected but it can't find the printer.  Bluetooth is on as is Location Services.  I have also tried connecting using IP address but that doesn't work either.  I have deleted the app and started again but that hasn't worked.  Can anyone help?

I'd like to help

 

 Restart the Mac/iPhone and check.

2.) Re-install the HP Smart app.

3.) Try creating a new user account to isolate the issue
