I think we're getting closer. Days ago, I did try restoring the original network settings and re-connecting to the wireless internet. Nothing changed at that time. However, after your last post I tried again and this time I was able to connect to the HP Smart app on my Windows laptop. I have no idea why this time was different.

I am still however, unable to connect to the HP Smart app on my Android phone or see my printer on HP's web sites (HP Smart, HP Connected, etc.). The web sites ask me to add my printer but rejects my claim code (perhaps because it's already added and just not communicating properly?).

But somehow my printer is able to communicate because my ink levels were running low and a new shipment was automatically sent this week. This was my biggest concern. So it's probably safe to consider this solved even if full functionality has not been achieved.

Good to hear. Do get back to us in the future for further assistance.

Have a nice day and stay safe!:)

The HP smart app does not work! I have download latest version and reinstalled. It still does not work.

This (probably) happens after upgrading to MacOS  Big Sur 11.4 on a MacBook Air (Retina, 13 tum, 2019).

The app starts, shows a window and then terminates.
