Product: HP DeskJet 2710e All-in-One Printer

DeskJet 2710e.

This printer was working fine until I changed computers. I downloaded HP Smart on my new PC and my Mobile and neither device can find the printer. The printer will print from the PC but I cannot scan as that has to be done through HP Smart. I have done the usual things: restarted all devices and deleted and re-downloaded HP Smart.

 

I have found a solution. I have downloaded a Microsoft Scan App that works perfectly and simple to use, and obviously recognises my printer. This means that HP Smart is now useless to me.
