I have always been able to view my printer when I am signed in to HP Smart but it is now continually saying "Unable to connect to the printer. Check your connection and try again later." My printer is connected to wifi, the lights are solid blue and white as applicable. It is printing fine. I do not understand why I cannot now see my printer online.

Hello Thanks for getting back to me. However the Printer remains stubbornly evasive. I have the purple light at the front as I should but no matter what I do the PC cannot recognise the printer or should I say it will not connect to the internet via wifi. I have now plugged a hard wire USB cable in and asked the PC to add the printer and it still will not show up in the Windows settings.
