HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer

After changing routers, I reset the printer connection to wifi and I can print to it using the HP Smart option on my phone and iPad.  I can also print using my Macbook Pro. I cannot get the HP Smart software, however, to find the printer either by using the search function or the IP address. I have done the things suggested by the software several times, including restarting, etc. but to no avail.  I would like to use the HP Smart software option but it no longer works to find my printer.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

Firstly, let's update the printer driver from here: Software and drivers for HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer, and also you can try later HP Smart server might be busy or broken.
