Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.

Dell Inspiron 3847
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Installed new all-in-one printer.  Computer & printer linked via wireless router.  Computer & printer are connected to router.  Attempting to setup new printer using HP Smart app.  App searches for & finds new printer which appears as "online" and displays following message "If you want to connect to your printer using Wi-Fi, makes sure the printer is turned on and click Refresh. To set up a printer not listed, click Set up a new printer".  Clicking Refresh produces same result (new printer listed & same message).  Clicking Set up new printer produces steps to manually connect printer to Wi-Fi router and attempting to find the printer (make take a few minutes depending on network speed) but printer is not found.  Appreciate any suggestions you may have!
