Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

We don't use our printer much so when we went to print with our HP Tango X and the printer operated normally but would not print anything we thought perhaps the ink cartridge had dried out. But inserting a new cartridge did not fix the issue. We have reviewed all the posts and tried to reset etc but the print job still comes out blank!  This is our second wireless HP printer that has stopped performing after a very few number of print jobs. Are these just paperweights?
