Product: HP DeskJet 2724 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: iOS

My 2724 printer will not connect to wifi Using a phone, tablet or a computer. It gives a error message during the wifi setup that it took to long to connect it’ll say try again or exit setup. How do i fix this?

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you are unable to connect the printer to WiFi, I am glad to assist you.

Restore network settings to default settings

  • Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel together for three seconds.

Follow the steps mentioned on page number 18 in this user guide to connect the printer using the HP Smart app:- Click here
