HP deskjet 3750 problem network free

Hi, I bought the hp deskjet 3750 printer, now opening the list of wifii networks from windows I notice that and without password protection, how can I set a password so that no one can connect being free in wifii search??

While if I press wifi direct it is not detected by a pc or a smartphone.
Any solution about it?

To assist better -

Are you able to make copies using the printer?

Try the below suggestions-

Let's try a power reset on the printer

Reset the product

• With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
• Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
• Wait at least 60 seconds.
• Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
• Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
• Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

 Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware 

Try and make a copy with the lid up and check if the scanner bar moves and if it lights up.
