Product: hp desk jet 3755

 I cannot get the HP Deskjet 3755 to connect to my wifi network. It will not recognize my router.

 

I've pressed the WPS button. I've pressed the wireless button. I've unplugged plugs.

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

Note:- The printer only supports connections using 2.4GHz, make sure your router is set to 2.4GHz bandwidth.

 

Restore network settings to default settings

● Press the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.

 

Update the printer firmware

Here are the steps:- Click here

 

Connect the printer to the router

Refer page number 56 in this user guide for the steps:- Click here
