I'm trying to get HP Instant Ink on my printer and to do this, I need to set up my printer by clicking on the HP ePrint icon. However, when I click on this, I get a connection error message saying 'The printer could not connect to the server. Check the internet connection or the proxy settings' even though my printer is connected to the internet and the light next to the wireless icon is solid blue, showing that my printer is connected to the internet. I've tried using the Embedded Web Server, but when I go on this I get the message: 'An error has occured. Unable to communicate with the Web Services server. However, you might still be able to use some of the printer's Web Services features'. I've tried contacting HP support but the virtual agent doesn't let me go through to a person because my warranty has run out but surely this is a server problem rather than a warranty problem?
Does anyone know what the problem is and what I can do to fix this? My printer is a HP Officejet 4630 All-in-One Series printer.
