I send emails to @hpeprint.com in order to print the attachments.
However, sometimes nothing is printed although I get an email notification that the ePrint job was received.
How can I check the status of the ePrint service? Why it stops sometimes without any explanation?

Hi @roeylee,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If you're encountering issues with the ePrint service on your HP Officejet Pro 6960, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem and check the status of the service.
- Verify Internet Connection: Ensure that your printer is connected to the internet and that the connection is stable. Without a stable internet connection, the ePrint service won't function properly.
- Check Printer Email Address: Confirm that you're sending emails to the correct ePrint email address associated with your printer. Sometimes, typos or incorrect addresses can lead to the job not being processed.
- Check Printer Status: On your printer's control panel, navigate to the ePrint settings or Web Services settings. Ensure that ePrint or Web Services are enabled and properly configured. If they're disabled or not set up correctly, this could be the reason why your print jobs aren't going through.
- Check Printer Email Notifications: If you're receiving email notifications that the ePrint job was received, but nothing is printing, it could indicate an issue with the printer itself. Check the printer's display panel for any error messages or warnings that might provide insight into what's causing the problem.
- Printer Firmware Update: Make sure your printer's firmware is up to date. Sometimes, outdated firmware can cause compatibility issues with the ePrint service or other functionalities.
- HP ePrint Status Check: Visit the HP ePrint status website (https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02940170) to check the status of the ePrint service. This page provides real-time information about the status of the ePrint service and any ongoing issues or outages.
By following these steps, you should be able to identify and resolve the issues you're experiencing with the ePrint service on your HP OfficeJet Pro 6960 printer.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

Just to let the public know: your private message is telling that "there are no further actions we can take through this channel".
Why is it so complicated to let us all know what is the correct link for checking the ePrint service? Is there something you are trying to hide from the public?
