I've successfully been using my printer for years. Today, I need to print a few documents so I sent a pdf to an email address of the form @hpeprint.com as I have done so many times before. The first time I sent the document it was successful, the other times it was not successful despite receiving a email confirmation and no error messages on the printer. Is there an issue with the network? I have tried turning off the printer and back on again, but still not success.

ePrint has indeed been around for years --
The venerable tech provides service to thousands (millions?) of ePrint fans.
That said, sure - service could be down.
Instances of failure are usually temporary and limited to perhaps one or a few regions.
Might be down for maintenance.
We will never know -- there is no way to check progress beyond the message you have already received.
ePrint could be fine but buried under massive numbers of holiday requests.
In that case, just wait a while.
Might be too busy and people are sending, re-sending, re-sending and making everything slower...
Unfortunately, there is naught to do but wait and try again later.

You are welcome.
I am sorry you are waiting.
Were it not for the fact that we are, indeed, in the throes of a holiday week, I'd test what I can see from my side (West Coast, USA). I hate to add to possible heavy traffic.
We do not have any visibility inside HP for this.
Nada.
HP continues to provide the old ePrint service but is not in the habit of keeping us updated.
Unfortunately, it's not like our local electric company or the Internet service -- there is no "outage map".
If you have an alternative -- send email / print attachment - do that, I guess.
