Hi. I recently switched to Sky broadband and not can’t get my HP Envy 5530 to connect. I’ve tried WPS, tried the set up wizard - it sees the router but after entering the password, it just doesn’t connect. I can’t get it to see my phone as a hot spot either. Very frustrating!!

 

any help is much appreciated! Thanks!
