Product: HP ENVY Pro 6455 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I moved and I'm trying to use different wi-fi. Will not connect to any other Wi-Fi other than the one I started out in when I also started the HP smart ink option.? I cannot change any of the settings in the app to a different Wi-Fi it doesn't even offer any other networks. Very confused very perturbed. Please help.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Suggest to do a reset of the wireless and then setup and connect to the network with HP Smart app.
