Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281fdw

Hello.  I've had an HP  laser jet pro printer for about 5 years now.  Recently, my printer has appeared offline and I can't seem to get it back online.  I've followed all of the recommended actions (e.g., unplug and re-plug in printer after turning the internet and my computer on and off).  Both my printer and computer (Dell laptop) are on the same internet network.  None of the above has resolved the problem.    Can you think of anything I haven't tried ?
