Common problems for Connectivity Issues

*PDF not printing on HP Envy 6000 series wireless printer from computer.

*Connected to wifi.

*Can print PDF from Iphone 11.

*Printer not used for 2 months- was not turned off during that time.

*Printer has been uninstalled and reinstalled.

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you are unable to print PDF documents from your computer, I am glad to assist you.

Are you getting any error messages?

Did you try to print from different applications like MS Word, notepad and check if that prints fine?

 

Meanwhile:-

Print the PDF as an image

  1. Open the original PDF file.

  2. Click File, and then select Print from the list.

    The Print window opens.

  3. Click Advanced.

    The Advanced Print Setup window opens.

  4. Click the Print As Image checkbox, change any other settings as desired, and then click OK.
