Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

Hello my printer laser 408dn is unable to print files comming from mobile devices (i am using print services, also tried hp print app), the printer is working correctly it is able to print pc files normally and the network settings are DHCP, pc is connected wirelessly to router so are the mobile devices, is this model capable of processing mobile printjobs? owner's manual defines Mobile impresion capabilities as PrinterOn print, im aware it is a service, it is required for this aplication? Thank you.
