Hi @Adri_fern ,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand your modem doesn't have a WPS button, you'll need to connect your HP LaserJet Pro M15W printer to your Eero network manually. Here's how you can do it:

  • Prepare your Printer: Ensure that your printer is turned on and ready to set up.
  • Access Printer Settings: On your Mac, go to "System Preferences" and then select "Printers & Scanners."
  • Add Printer: Click on the "+" button to add a new printer.
  • Select your Printer: Your HP LaserJet Pro M15W printer should appear in the list of available printers. Select it.
  • Connect to Wi-Fi: You'll be prompted to connect your printer to the Wi-Fi network. Follow the on-screen instructions to do so.
  • Manual Wi-Fi Setup: If the automatic setup doesn't work, you may need to manually enter your Wi-Fi network's SSID (name) and password. You can find this information on your Eero modem or on any device currently connected to the network.
  • Complete Setup: Once you've entered the correct Wi-Fi information, your printer should connect to the network. You may need to wait a few moments for the connection to be established.
  • Test Print: After the setup is complete, try printing a test page to ensure that your printer is working correctly.

Hi, thank you so much for the detailed message. I followed the instructions but once I tried to add the printer manually in my  computer I got shucked. The computer does not have a list of printers. I honestly do not what to do. I printed the I for page of my printer and I have hosted name and others data, but it says it is unable to connect. I tried to unplug the router, and the printer, wait for 60 seconds, turn off both, press the printer Wifi signal button… but nothing.. I also downloaded drivers, and an app called Smart something… from HP and still nothing. Please. 🙏 anything help. Thank you
