I always use my printer HP Laser Jet Pro M15w on wireless mode, either from my cellphone or computer. However, it stopped working. Bluetooth icon does not stop blinking, my computer cannot see the printer, nor my cellphone.

My husband said he changed our home wifi password. That’s the only change we did at home. Any clue on what to do please… thank you

The printer is trying to connect to wi-fi but using an old password.

If your router has WPS button press and hold the wi-fi button on a printer for 5 seconds and then go to your router to press the WPS button.

Hi! Thank you for answering me. The problem is the printer does not have wifi button, just blue tooth.

I’m using Mac book pro. I was looking online for the printer model, but I do not know how to get drivers for Mac and change modified Wifi pass - in case that is causing the issue. What else you think I should do? Thank you 🙂

The printer doesn't have Bluetooth, it has wi-fi the blue button is for wi-fi, not Bluetooth.

You were right!! 🙂 Thank You!!!!!!

i did exactly what you said first.
I pressed wifi button on the printer, holding it for 5 sec, then, I did the same with the WPS button in my router.

I pressed it until it blinked.
