There is a nice video of the wireless setup starting at 8:51 here
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oEMKzs1O2f8&t=535s
The above is 8025 but the author does a better job explaining Wi-Fi on this than on the 8020
You might find it easier to setup if you use different SSID names for the 2.4 and 5ghz bands.
I have an Arris modem, yours may be different. This tutorial is helpful. The username might be "admin" and the password should be printed somewhere on the modem. If not, then use that tutorial. Use a different name for the 2.4 and the 5ghz bands. To keep it simple, use the same password and use only numeric digits such as someone's phone number.

Your arris is much newer than mine and supports Wi-Fi 6
The default Wi-FI SSID and password are shown here
Unless the default was changed the SSID is probably the same for the 2.4 and 5ghz bands
I got the above info at this site's FAQ list.
Your PC, Laptop or smartphone should connect easily. If the SSID is not listed you can
1 - reset the modem
2 - Use an ethernet cable to connect PC to modem and following instructions as above to set SSID and password to something easy to find. It might be usefully to run the modem app that finds the channels with the least noise.
Then use the video to program the printer.

Unless there is a problem, Wi-Fi 6 IEEE 802.11ax/ac/n/a 5 GHz IEEE 802.11ax/n/b/g 2.4 GHz supports both 2.4 and 5ghz bands
Wi-Fi 6e includes the 6ghz band.
