Hello,

I recently purchased a new Arris modem/router, and now my printer cannot find my network when I attempt to connect.  However, I can see all of my neighbors' networks.  So far, I have tried the following to resolve the issue:

- Unplug and reset both router and printer

- Restore printer to default network settings

- Tried all  channels on the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz configuration

- Changed WPA security modes

- Tried WPS pin and push button methods but get unable to connect error messages

- Changed network name and password

Every other device has connected with no issues since installing the router.  I'm not sure what else can be done. Any help is appreciated!

I  have arris modem.  Try the following

Log into the modem and set the 2.4 and the 5 band to have different SSID but same password. To keep it simple use all numeric digits.  Use WPA2 as the printer does not support wpa3

Run the Arris congestion app and so it picks the best bands..  Be sure to save and reboot the modem.

Video for connecting is here

The author also has video for PC<=>PRINTER direct but the router setup is the best.
